Return & Refund Policy
At IceFabrics Wholesale, our goal is to provide premium-quality fabrics and exceptional service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return subject to the terms below.
1. Return Window
- Customers have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return.
- Returned items must be received within the same 30-day period to qualify.
2. Return Approval Required
- All returns must be approved prior to shipment.
- To request a return, contact info@icefabrics.com for return authorization / RMA.
- Unauthorized returns may be refused.
3. Return Eligibility & Item Condition
Returned items must be:
- Unused
- Unwashed
- Uncut
- Unaltered
- In original packaging / original condition
Items must show no signs of:
- Cutting
- Stretching
- Odor
- Wear
- Damage caused by customer
4. Returns Under $100
Eligible returns for orders under $100:
- No restocking fee
- Return shipping covered by us
- Limited to one free return per customer per calendar month
5. Returns Over $100
Eligible returns for orders over $100:
- Subject to 20% restocking fee
Restocking fees help cover handling, inspection, and processing.
6. Return Shipping Methods
Approved returns may be sent using either option below:
Option A: Prepaid Return Label
- We provide a return shipping label
- Label cost deducted from refund unless return qualifies for free return shipping
Option B: Customer Ships Independently
- Customer may use their own carrier
- Tracking information must be provided
For returns over $75, we recommend using a trackable/insured shipping service.
7. Non-Returnable / Final Sale Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Cut fabric
- Washed / altered fabric
- Clearance / Closeout items
- Sale items
- Samples / Swatches
- Custom orders
- Gift cards
- Cutting fees
- Expedited shipping charges
- Expedited processing fees
8. Color Variation Disclaimer
- Colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings, lighting, and screen resolution.
- Minor shade differences are not considered defects or incorrect orders.
We strongly recommend ordering samples/swatches when color accuracy is important.
9. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:
- You will receive email confirmation of approval/rejection.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Please Note:
- Expedited shipping fees are non-refundable if the package is delivered within the promised delivery timeframe.
- Shipping charges will not be refunded if the package is delivered within the carrier’s estimated delivery window.
10. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:
- Recheck your bank account
- Contact your credit card provider
- Contact your bank regarding pending processing

11. Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.
To request an exchange for the same item, contact: info@icefabrics.com
12. Gift Returns
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you:
- You will receive gift credit for the value of the returned item.
If not marked as a gift:
- Refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
13. International Orders
International customers are responsible for:
- Customs duties
- Import taxes
- Brokerage fees
These charges are non-refundable.
