- All returns must be accompanied by the RMA number and a copy of the original packing list.
- Please note that the customer is responsible for shipping the item(s) back to us, and the initial shipping costs are non-refundable.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items valued over $75, as we cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item.
- All returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

- The returned item(s) must be unused and in the same condition as when you received them. They should be in their original packaging.
- Any product that has been washed, cut, or altered in any way cannot be returned.

Fabrics that have a slight shade difference compared to your monitor will not be considered an incorrect order. Refunds:
